Do clients pay to book?

No. Access to the system and the bookings themselves are completely free for trainees — they simply open your link, see the available slots and book on their own. Only you, as the trainer, pay a subscription.

Can clients pay by card?

Yes, via myPOS. Clients pay by card for a subscription or a single visit linked to a specific booking, and the money goes directly into your myPOS account.

Do I need a separate website?

No. You get a ready-made public profile at your own address (fit-lab.app/your-name) with a photo, short bio and a booking button — just share the link with your clients.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. FitLab adds to your phone's home screen like an app, without downloading from the App Store or Google Play, and works just as well on a computer.
